Meet Colton

I’ve built my life on showing up and owning the outcome.

I’m Colton Porter — a U.S. military veteran, the founder of a Nebraska security and technology company, and a Hickman resident. I built that business the way I’d want our state run: answer the phone yourself, tell people the truth, keep your prices and your promises transparent, and never pass the buck when something goes wrong.

Nebraska has the only nonpartisan, one-house Legislature in the country — a system built to put people and ideas ahead of party games. I’m running for State Senate in District 30 to protect that: to show up in every town, listen more than I talk, and fight for the families, farmers, and small businesses who make Gage County and southeast Lancaster County work.

Priorities for District 30

Short and plain — what I’ll fight for in Lincoln for farm families and small towns.

District 30

All of Gage County and southeast Lancaster County — farm towns, growing suburbs, and part of Lincoln. I live in Hickman.

Towns & neighbors

From Beatrice and Wymore to Hickman, Firth, Roca, Panama, Adams, and southeast Lincoln — this district is farm country and capital-city edge at the same time. It deserves a senator who shows up in every corner.
